Gena signed her Mary Kay Consultant agreement in October of 1988.  She became a Salses Director in May of 1990 and reached the pinnacle of her success by debuting as a National Sales Director in December of 2006. Gena is currently driving her 13th Mary Kay Career Car and her 11th Pink Cadillac- currently a Pearlized Pink Escalade Hybrid!

 

As a Sales Director for 17 Years, she and her Unit were recognized in a Unit Club every year with over $9 Million in Unit Sales, recognized two times in the Circle of Achievement, six times in the Half Million, and awarded eight times with the Prestigious Circle of Excellence.  As a Sales Director in 2001, GEna led her Unit to the $800,000 Circle of Excellence.  She also led her Unit to the Top 10 in the Ruby Division four times and as a result, has won beautiful diamond jewelry each time totalling between 3 and 12 carats of diamonds.

 

Mary Kay has also awarded her & her husband Jeff with all-expense paid trips to beautiful places around the world: Greek Isles Cruise, several trips to Hawaii, Austria, Switzerland, Scotland, Ireland, London, an Alaskan cruise, a British Isles cruise, Italy, and China.  Her entire family has been able to enjoy all-expense paid trips to Disney, as well as cash bonuses totaling over $14,000.  All of these rewards for conducting a business that she loves.

 

One of Gena's highest honors was being nominated as the Ruby Division Miss Go-Give in May 1998.  When she debuted as an NSD in 2006, she joined the ranks of the Elite Millinaire club with over $2 Million in earned commissions since startign her MK career. Her highest monhtly commission has been in excess of $21,000.  She and her National Area are Charter Members of the prestigious Gold Circle Level for the past four years.  Gena is motivated by working FULL OUT for her family and by the endless possibilities and Blessings this career can offer other women. She loves the Freedom it gives women to not only grow their business, but to grow personally and spiritually. 

 

Gena has been married to her high school sweetheart Jeff for 31 years and they have three grown sons: AJ (age 29), Adam (age 27), and Aaron (age 21).   Gena and Jeff Gass reside in Belleville,  Illinois which is located within the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area.
